Well folks, the Sunday Funday crew were out in full force this morning and let me tell you, the waves were having a party of their own! We had some serious lumps and bumps to contend with, but that didn't stop us from having a good time. The tide was high and the buoys were out of reach for us today. Always safety firsBut you know what they say, squeals of joy are the best kind of cardio! Now, I don't want to deceive you with the sunshine pics, the temperatures are rising but it's still cold at 11°c , we soldiered on and kept an eye on the clock because we all know whilst it feels ok, there's a limit and everybody is different. All in all, it was a definite "don't want to get out" kind of day. But hey, if we wanted to be warm and cozy, we'd just stay in bed right?
Happy Yoga followed and what fun we had, it's a joy to hear laughter, sees the smiles and everyone enjoy the class. It works every inch of you it's always worth it!
Great job, yogis! I can see the determination and dedication you all brought to the mat today. Keeping up that energy and enthusiasm wil bring results of your hard work & be worth it. Every time you show up and give your all, you're another step closer . Keep pushing yourself and remember that you're capable of achieving anything you set your mind to.
