About the event
Morning Swim- length, and direction changes daily depending on sea conditions. Tow floats are compulsory ( we have spare) We have ranges of swimmers come- mainly breaststroke! if you're fearful of going out of depth we can work with that fear. EVERYONE is welcome. MEET AT 6>10 am - in the water by 6.15- Head torches recommended.
