MON to FRI SWIMMERS

Our friendly and inclusive mornings are the perfect way to start your day! With swims ranging in length and direction depending on sea conditions, everyone is welcome to join. Tow floats are compulsory but don't worry - have spare. Most swimmers adapt the breaststroke technique, however if you're fearful of going out of depth then don't worry as we'll work through it with you. Meet us at 6:10 am, we'll be in the water by 6:15! We love welcoming new members into our friendly swimming crew and can guarantee you will have so much fun when you join us <3.
