The most important way to describe The Happy Hub and all we put on is a warm, inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a sense of community. We strive to create an environment that is safe and supportive, while also encouraging exploration and discovery. We offer a wide variety of activities and events that are designed to bring people together, foster learning and development, and most importantly, to have fun!

It's not about how fast you run or how slow. Nor does it matter if you want to dip in the sea or have a good swim, breast stroke or front crawl. Super bendy in yoga or just enjoy some gentle movement

Exercise is very beneficial for our physical and mental health, but it doesn't matter what type of exercise you do or how quickly you do it. There is no 'right' way to take part! It's important to find the balance you enjoy and that works for you. Not about speed. It's about FUN and friendships.
