Are you feeling a bit low on happy health lately?

If so, we have the perfect 3-month program to get you back on track! Our Happy Health course covers a variety of topics such as hydration, healthy fats, keeping calm, blood sugar, snacks, and more. We provide three practical hands-on two-hour sessions in addition to weekly online learning.

Meet Wendy...

​

Wendy Brooking worked at a cutting edge health retreat for 5 years and continues to be involved with the latest discoveries in the worlds of diet and nutrition. Whilst working at the retreat she undertook a Naturopathic Nutritionist Diploma Course with The Nutritional Healing Foundation.

Wendy is passionate about health & well-being. A qualified teacher of adults, and her teaching style is informal and friendly. She runs a monthly fasting group for the more advanced health practitioner and also teaches regular community yoga classes in Exeter and Torbay. ( Happy Yoga)

Whilst sharing her learning with those who would like to make small incremental changes to their lifestyle in a bid to feel; happier, healthier, have more energy, and understand what constitutes good health she draws on her knowledge of both Nutrition and Yoga.

When not teaching Wendy enjoys being in the kitchen preparing; nutritious food alongside organic beauty preparations and cleaning products. When not in the kitchen Wendy can often be found either in the sea or walking the coast path. On rainy days she fills up her spare time with singing, songwriting, or simply sitting quietly.
